Avengers: Endgame Trailer Confirms Tony Stark Rejoining The Team On Earth

People have been worried about Tony Stark since the first trailer for Avengers: Endgame was released last year. Luckily, the second trailer for the Marvel Cinematic Universe flick has confirmed that Iron Man will make it back to Earth and won't be wasting any time in joining the team in action.

The new Endgame trailer opens with Tony Stark looking back at how he became Iron Man and still hoping he could see Pepper Potts again. "I know you said no more surprises but I was really hoping to pull off one last one," he says. Luckily, it looks like Tony has a great surprise for Pepper and Marvel fans in the teaser.

At one point, a ship that looks like the Guardians of the Galaxy vessel the Benatar appears to hover over New York. It appears to be approaching Brooklyn Bridge but doesn't look very stable.

So does Tony make it back to Earth? We get a great surprise when the survivors are shown in their new white suits near the end of the trailer. Amazingly, it shows both Tony and Nebula, his only surviving companion on Titan, walking with the team.

There have been several hints at Tony making it back to Earth. Robert Downey Jr. himself somehow confirmed that he shot a scene of Tony driving a car for Endgame. Hopefully, this scene could be Tony's one sequence where he drives off to live happily ever after with Pepper.

The synopsis for Endgame reads as follows:

"Following the events of Avengers: Infinity War, with half of the universe killed in an event dubbed 'The Decimation', the universe lies in shambles and the remaining Avengers and their allies must reassemble to repair the damage caused by Thanos and bring harmony back to the universe."

Avengers: Endgame hits theaters on April 26.
