Avengers: Endgame Theory Suggests That Rocket And Pepper Would Team Up To Rescue Tony Stark

Marvel fans had a whole lot of concern for Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) after Disney dropped the very first trailer to its highly anticipated 2019 Marvel Studios offering, Avengers: Endgame. Drifting out in space for god knows how long, Iron Man is now finding himself running extremely low on food, water, and oxygen.

Seeing Iron Man stand on the brink of death, fans have been busy trying to figure out just how Tony might survive his space journey and according to one fan's theory, Iron Man just might find a means of escape thanks to Rocket Raccoon (Bradley Cooper) and Pepper Pots (Gwyneth Paltrow).

Taking to Reddit, a fan going by the name Dresudi decided to share his theory on how Iron Man might survive his little adventure in space. Seeing how Tony's been drifting out alone on the Guardians of the Galaxy's ship, the Benetar, the Marvel fan points out that Rocket would be the best person to rescue to dying Avenger.

Not knowing the fate of the other Guardians at the end of Avengers: Infinity War, it's very likely that Rocket would head out in search of his teammates Peter (Chris Pratt), Drax (Dave Bautista) and Gamora (Zoe Saldana) during the beginning of Endgame. However, after locating the Benetar, Rocket won't have any ship to travel with (in Infinity War he traveled to Earth through the Bitfrost).

The Guardian will then be forced to approach Stark Enterprises where he'll get to meet Pepper who's also in search of Tony and the two will set out in a quest together to bring back Iron Man and possibly Nebula home.

It's a pretty interesting theory – one that would also make room for Pepper's Rescue armor that fans got to see in leaks. Not only would it allow Pepper to suit up, but the theory also provides a very possible rescue for Iron Man.
