Avengers: Infinity War already had a huge roster of heroes, but there were still some people missing in action. A recent leak of promo art for Endgame seemingly confirms the return of one Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson) and one Peter Quill.

It wasn't really confirmed where Valkyrie went after Thanos attack in the beginning of the movie, but the rumor was that she had formed some sort of band with Korg. With both of them coming from Sakaar, I would imagine that an alliance would be a no-brainer.
We also have a better look at the supposed white suits that the Avengers will be donning in the new film. We don't know what they're really for, but the guess is that they will be used in a journey to the Quantum Realm. Other than that, it could be a bunch of new spacesuits.
As for Peter Quill, he more or less looks the same. We don't know how the ‘dusted' characters will be brought back, but the speculation is that the remaining Avengers will go back in time to change the events so that Thanos' decimation doesn't take place at all. My guess is they would be reliving history from the first invasion that happened in Avengers (2012).
Like I said, it's all just speculation for now. Personally, I like it when films manage to subvert all speculation and come up with something entirely new.
