After months of speculation and poring over toy leaks, we finally have a glimpse of Gwyneth Paltrow in her heavily rumored RESCUE armor for Avengers 4.

Last week, there were some images of a toy lineup that featured Iron Man next to an armored figure in purple armor, and everyone was speculating that it was going to be Pepper Potts in her RESCUE gear. With this image out, it seems that everyone's guess has been confirmed.
My thought, though, is that the armor actually looks to have some soft parts around it, and it could be possible that it will not be a full suit of armor, but just a regular body suit covered with some armor parts. Then again, as visual effects go, it's possible they just put this together to make Paltrow more comfortable, and they're actually going to edit everything into a full armor suit during post-production.
With Pepper in the mix, I think it's safe to say that she survived the Thanos snap. Though she's more of a supporting character when it comes to the MCU, it would be interesting to actually have her put on a suit and fight alongside Tony. Then again, with her joining the fight, I think the stakes are raised with who gets to live happily ever after when the battle with Thanos is over.
