Fans were left with a serious cliffhanger earlier this year as The Final Season’s third part ended right when the scouts were about to attack Eren. Now, the new Attack on Titan finale trailer is here, and it shows the scouts in dire straits.

This is technically the second trailer for the proper series finale, but this new preview gives fans their best look yet at the grim events awaiting the remaining scouts and Marleyans.

Back in March this year, Attack on Titan The Final Season Part 3 was released. It was a one-hour special that ended with Levi’s group as they were dropping in on Eren Yeager in his Founding Titan form.

In the new trailer, the remaining scouts and Marley Titans are shown at the point of no return as they must face off against Eren and his horde of Titans.

Things are not looking good for Levi, Mikasa, and Reiner, but they will give it all they have, as you can see in the trailer here:

This trailer shows that the long-running anime is on its final stretch, for real this time. After all, fans have been making fun of Attack on Titan for being a seemingly never-ending series.

That’s because, despite being called The Final Season, the show’s final parts have been divided into four parts, all of which make for a confusing naming scheme.

As with Part 3, The Final Season Part 4 (or Attack on Titan Final Season THE FINAL CHAPTERS Special 2) is expected to be another one-hour special. But details about its specific runtime have yet to be revealed.

What was revealed is that Part 4 will be released in Japan on November 4, 2023, at 24:00. This means, technically, it will air on November 5 in Japan time.

The finale will be released on multiple platforms in Japan, including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, ABEMA, and more. Meanwhile, it will be streamed on Crunchyroll in the US and other selected regions.

To celebrate its broadcast, an Attack on Titan Worldwide After Party will happen from November 5 to 8. It will essentially be a wrap party for the entire anime that will be open to fans.
