It's finally happening. The first teaser for Attack on Titan Final Season Part 2 has just been dropped and it confirms the Attack on Titan Episode 76 release date in January!
The official Attack on Titan Twitter account has shared the first teaser for the highly anticipated Season 4 Part 2 and it confirms that the anime will not waste time in getting straight into the action. Check it out below.
The account also confirmed the Attack on Titan Episode 76 release date in a separate tweet. As it turns out, the show will return in early January so fans can immediately catch up with the anime next year.
This is truly great news considering that fans have been waiting for an update on the second part of the Final Season since Part 1 concluded last March. Luckily, the wait for Attack on Titan Episode 76 is a lot shorter than expected.
Fans were previously concerned that the anime would conclude without adapting the entire manga. It was believed that Episode 75 would be the final episode of Attack on Titan and were already expecting the worst for the anime. Luckily, Above and Below ended with an announcement confirming Part 2 will air in Winter 2022.
We already know that Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 2 is currently in production, thanks to updates on the dubbing process. Although it is unclear if all episodes of the Final Season's second part have been completed, there's a good chance that it will be finished soon.
Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 2 is expected to adapt the final volumes on Hajime Isayama's manga, which concluded earlier this year. Although the episode count has not yet been revealed, there is a good chance there will be 16 episodes or more to look forward to next year.
Attack on Titan Episode 76 will premiere on NHK on January 9, 2022, at 12:05 AM JST.
