Arrow Showrunner Teases Oliver Queen's New Costume for the Final Season

Arrow might not be a perfect show but it proved that superhero television can be just as gripping as superhero movies. When the DCEU was failing to gain traction, fans were really into seeing crossovers between Arrow, The Flash, and in recent times Supergirl. Now that Arrow is ending, many view it as the end of an era a lot of fans are pretty bummed about it, though showrunner Marc Guggenheim has a solution that will make people feel better; a new costume.

Guggenheim has confirmed that pre-production for Arrow season 8 is underway and he also showed a bit of Oliver Queen's new costume. There isn't much to decipher here, though we can see that some brown has been added to the green but we can all hope that Oliver can go out in style for his last season.

Not saying he's gonna die but if you want people to cry then...well...you know…

Oliver has gone through a lot of changes these past few seasons, getting married, changing his mission statement from killing criminals to...not killing criminals, and even losing teammates. It will be interesting to see how they conclude any plotlines that may still be running from previous seasons and if these characters will have a happy ending.

Arrow season 8, the final season, will be coming to The CW this Fall.
