Here's What Happened Before Arknights: Prelude to Dawn Episode 9
In Episode 8 of Arknights: Prelude to Dawn, both sides are trying to recover from the previous episode's events as well as a sandstorm.
W shows up at the LGD camp and gives Amiya a two-way radio before escaping.
Meanwhile, Misha blames Amiya for her brother's death and decides to take his place and fight with the Reunion.
Ch'en remains insistent upon her mission to get Misha back for the LGD, and Amiya resolves to speak to Misha again.
On her part, Misha decides to take up the identity of Skullshatterer herself, following her brother's death.
After the sandstorm, LGD and Rhodes Island join forces but cannot find Misha, until the group gets attacked by Skullshatterer.
Amiya figures out that Misha is the one under the guise and is almost killed when Misha prepares to shoot her.
However, Ch'en kills Misha before the latter can pull the trigger, causing the remaining Reunion forces to surrender.
Amiya comes to question her ideals, especially when Ch'en yells at her for hesitating, but the Doctor comforts Amiya and encourages her to stay true to her ideals.
