Aquaman: Check Out Black Manta's Submarine Courtesy of LEGO

The DCEU may have gone quiet after the box office disappointment that was Justice League, but the franchise is coming back, and their next movie is Aquaman slated to come out this December. Though we already got a good look at the film, there's still so much that we've yet to see, and thanks to LEGO, we may have a look at Black Manta's submarine.

Of course, there's still a chance that this ship was only made for the set, but I wouldn't be surprised if LEGO lifted something straight from the movie. Besides, Black Manta driving a submarine shaped like a stingray is something straight out of a comic book.

Besides that, we get some sweet minifigures of Aquaman, Mera, and Black Manta himself.

I'll admit, I'm a fan of the darker DCEU that Snyder was building up to, and the Aquaman trailer looks a lot more like they're embracing the ‘surfer bro' characterization of Jason Momoa's Arthur Curry. After the early teasers for Justice League, I was just hoping that Aquaman was going to be this strong and silent badass of the team.

Then again, I could be worrying about nothing, and Aquaman will turn out just fine. Catch the movie in theaters Dec. 21.
