In a normal game of Magic: The Gathering, if you have the Gideon of the Trials emblem and if you have a Gideon planeswalker in play, then you can't lose the game even if your opponent casts Approach the Second Sun for the second time in the game. However, that's not the case in Magic: The Gathering Online, according to several players who reported the issue.

"My opponent was able to win through my Gideon emblem casting a second Approach. It's bugged. I'm super salty. That is all," Redditor maximuscaesar posted.
Even SaffronOlive experienced the issue when playing his Esper "Oath of Teferi Friends" deck.
Hopefully, the Magic Online crew will fix this bug soon. Now that Gideon of the Trials is seeing more play in the current Standard meta, more players will most likely encounter this issue online if not fixed.
