Ant-Man And The Wasp Deleted Scene Hints At How Scott Will Escape The Quantum Realm

Ant-Man and the Wasp certainly concluded on a depressing note when the post-credit sequence revealed that Scott Lang is stuck in the Quantum Realm. However, a deleted scene from the sequel may have hinted at how Paul Rudd's character will manage to get back to our dimension.

There are two deleted scenes that were unveiled. The first one features Walton Goggins' Sonny Birch discovering Hank Pym's shrinking building. The second one reveals that Hank and Janet van Dyne had a close encounter with a fascinating creature in the Quantum Realm. Watch the scenes below.

The scene confirms that Janet found a way to communicate with the mysterious beings that lived in the Quantum Realm. There is a possibility that these creatures might know a way to escape the realm and get back to our dimension. Hopefully, Scott will manage to ask them for help and return just in time for Avengers 4.

But what are the chances that Janet had given Scott her translating device? It is possible that she had handed it to him just in case something wrong happens on his mission to gather quantum energy to save Ava Starr. However, it is still too early to tell so it is best to take this information with a grain of salt.

It has already been confirmed that Rudd will reprise his role as Ant-Man in Avengers 4. Unfortunately, it is still unclear how Scott could get out of the Quantum Realm now that Hank, Janet, and Hope van Dyne have disintegrated. Let's just hope we'll get a plausible explanation when the sequel premieres next year.

Ant-Man and the Wasp will be available on digital download on October 2. The film's DVD and Blu-Ray will be released on October 16. Avengers 4 is scheduled to premiere on May 3, 2019.
