The Super Peace Busters Creative Team consists of director Tatsuyuki Nagai, writer/director Mari Okada, and artist Masayoshi Tanaka. This trio has worked on several popular anime projects over the past decade.

Perhaps their most well-known work is Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day by A-1 Pictures. This 2011 anime continues to be heralded as one of the best TV anime dramas, especially for those who love tearjerkers.

Anohana is also the source of the creative team’s name. After all, the Super Peace Busters is also the name of the kids’ group in the show.

Along with the series, the creative team has also worked on other projects. These include The Anthem of the Heart, a youth drama anime film that was also produced by A-1 Pictures.

The trio also worked on Her Blue Sky, another anime drama film. This time, the trio worked with the popular studio CloverWorks to produce this movie.
