A bottle of alcohol was seen inside the car of the late Anne Heche, who was trapped in the burning vehicle after smashing a house in a bizarre rampage, a new report claimed.
Was Anne Heche Drunk-Driving Prior To The Deadly Clash?
Sources told Globe Magazine, in its latest edition, that Anne Heche was taken to a nearby hospital with injuries too severe to be tested for booze after authorities successfully removed her from her blazing car. Lawmen have since filed a legal request to analyze the Six Days, Seven Nights actress’ blood work for alcohol content.

An insider, who revealed photos of the scorched vehicle, said to the entertainment news outlet:
“There’s a bottle with a red cap in the cupholder next to the gearshift, and it looks like a bottle of alcohol.”
As Anne Hence was hauled away on a stretcher, the tipster claimed:
“Her clothes were charred. She was covered in a white cloth when she suddenly sat up on the stretcher and started flailing wildly as they put her in the ambulance.”
Most, if not all, fans can recall that Anne Heche previously admitted to using drugs to cope with being sexually abused by her father. She said:
“I drank. I smoked. I did drugs. I had s*x with people. I did anything I could to get the shame out of my life.”
The camp of Anne Heche has yet to comment on the speculations that the late actress was drunk at the time of the accident, which later led her into a coma and death.

Anne Heche’s Cause Of Death Officially Ruled An Accident
Meanwhile, the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner has officially ruled that Anne Heche died due to inhalation of smoke and thermal injuries sustained from her tragic car crash.
The report from the coroner’s office also indicated that the Wag the Dog star suffered a sternal fracture due to blunt trauma in the collision.
The National Library of Medicine explained that sternal fractures are most often caused by blunt chest trauma, typically resulting from when the chest strikes the steering wheel in motor vehicle collisions.

Anne Heche slipped into a coma after being rescued from the crash site. The ex-ladylove of Ellen DeGeneres was then described as being in “extreme critical condition” and suffering from a “severe anoxic brain injury,” which is caused by a lack of oxygen to the brain.
On August 11, Anne Heche’s reps said she was “not expected to survive” the injuries she sustained from the crash and was declared legally dead by the state of California a day after. On August 14, she was “peacefully taken off life support.”
