Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt continue their battle after the FBI report from the 2016 private jet altercation that led to their divorce leaked. According to some sources, Jolie requested the files to be released as she was wondering why no criminal charges were filed against her ex-husband Brad Pitt. However, some claimed she already had a copy of the report when the investigation was completed.

Sources close to Brad Pitt have previously spoken up about his feelings toward his ex following their split. The Once Upon a Time in Hollywood star reportedly fears what Angelina Jolie would do to harass him.
"If it wasn’t so serious, it would be funny," a friend of Pitt told Radar Online. "At this point, it would be lovely to say Brad had made peace with the fact that the harassment from his ex will never end, but the truth is he lives in fear of what she is going to do next."
The source added, "Angelina seems to be obsessed with destroying him. Whenever there is a new negative story in the press, Brad knows who is behind it."
In June Pitt accused the Maleficent actress of damaging the reputation of his winery business when she sold her share to a "stranger" without his consent. The Oscar-winner said the business was his "passion" project and he grew it into a million-dollar global business with Jolie contributing "nothing to Miraval's success."
However, she allegedly "sought to inflict harm on" him and forced Pitt into a partnership with a stranger "with poisonous associations and intentions" by selling her share to Shefler, which reportedly launched a hostile takeover of Miraval, People reported.
Angelina Jolie Submitted Photos And Handwritten Pages From Kids Accusing Brad Pitt Of Injuring Them
In April, Angelina Jolie filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the FBI using the name "Jane Doe," to disclose the FBI report about the incident in September 2016 that led to their divorce. The report, which has not made public leaked with many outlets obtaining a copy of it.
According to Page Six, Jolie submitted black and white photos showing the injuries she allegedly sustained during the brawl. The FBI record showed she had bruises on her hand and elbow.
Jolie claimed that Pitt had been drinking and screamed at her in a restroom. He also allegedly "grabbed her by her head," "grabbed her by her shoulders" and "pushed her into the bathroom wall."
In addition, she also submitted handwritten pages from their minor children describing the incident. However, most part of the document got redacted.
According to Jolie, the physical and verbal altercation happened in front of their minor children. Two kids were reportedly outside the door crying when they were in the bathroom. They were reportedly asking if she was okay.
"No, mommy's not OK. She's ruining this family. She's crazy," the Ad Astra actor reportedly replied.
"It's not her, it's you, you p--k," one child reportedly replied which enraged Pitt, he allegedly approached the kid, so Jolie tried to choke him from behind to stop him because he looked like he was going to attack the minor. However, Pitt tried to free himself and pushed her into the chairs behind them.

A source close to Pitt spoke with People and said the FBI report "is not a factual document." Instead, it contained Jolie's claims of what allegedly happened while they were aboard the plane.
"It was investigated and there were no charges brought. It's standard for these types of things to not be released," the source said.
