Amazing Second Trailer for Robert Zemeckis' Welcome to Marwen

Robert Zemeckis is one of the more visually dazzling directors of our time, and this Christmas, he has a new film with Steve Carell called Welcome to Marwen. Check out the amazing second trailer.

Here's the official description:

When a devastating attack shatters Mark Hogancamp (Carell) and wipes away all memories, no one expected recovery. Putting together pieces from his old and new life, Mark meticulously creates a wondrous town where he can heal and be heroic. As he builds an astonishing art installation—a testament to the most powerful women he knows—through his fantasy world, he draws strength to triumph in the real one.

The second trailer actually gives us a better look at the story and highlights the female characters who build up the world of Marwen. I, for one, did not know that Gwendoline Christie (Game of Thrones) was actually a part of this movie.

The trailer also explains why Carell's character has a thing for the WWII era with his toys; before the attack, he was a WWII artist.

I absolutely can't wait for this movie. Sure we're going to get some more blockbusters this year like Aquaman and Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, but Welcome to Marwen looks like a heartfelt adventure story.

Welcome to Marwen comes out Nov. 21.
