Who is Lilith in Hazbin Hotel?
Lilith was the first woman created on Earth, who was set to rule mankind alongside Adam. However, since Lilith refused to submit to Adam's orders, she was eventually found by Lucifer Morningstar, the fallen angel.
When Lilith ate the fruit from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, Heaven banished her and Lucifer, thus leading to their ruling of Hell and its sinners.
Lilith and Lucifer fell in love and gave birth to Charlie Morningstar, the main protagonist of the Hazbin Hotel series and the princess of Hell.
The series has yet to see Lilith's first appearance. We have merely heard her story through Charlie herself, and a few pictures hanging in Lucifer's home.
However, fans are theorizing that she may have a connection with Alastor aka the Radio Demon.
Considering that both of them disappeared from Hell for seven years, this brought up the fandom to think that they may have had a plan behind everyone's backs all along.

Did Alastor Make a Deal with Lilith? Fan Theories Explored
The question comes to fans' minds when Husk decides to fight back against the owner of his soul by saying, "Big talk for someone who's also on a leash."
Considering that the Radio Demon has always been deemed the "scariest of the bunch", no one would have thought that he would have this big of baggage riding on his back.
Alastor quickly turns the tables on Husk by reminding him who's the boss between the two. Fans caught on when the Radio demon threatened, "If you ever say that again, I will tear your soul apart."
From his reaction, fans came to a conclusion that Alastor may have made a deal with Lilith during his disappearance:
Another theory suggests that Lilith is fighting Heaven and made a deal with the Overlord to help her with her plan.
In the flashback during Charlie and Lucifer's duet, Lilith intentionally took Charlie away from spending more time with her father.
Fans believe that Lucifer lost his spirit on going forth with what Lilith had in mind. This potentially led to meeting the Radio demon to join her plan.
Since Charlie's Hazbin Hotel is linked to the "dreams" her mother passed down to her, then this would explain why Alastor seems so keen to help the princess of Hell succeed.
After all, why would the Radio demon agree to help the hotel redeem sinners from extermination without seeking anything in return? Everything comes at a price to Alastor.
It is worth mentioning that these are mere theories, as the Hazbin Hotel series has only released six episodes of Season 1. Additionally, Alastor and Lilith's relationship has yet to be explored.
The story is just beginning to unfold more secrets and twists.
