Ahsoka Merch Spoils Anakin Skywalker's Inclusion in the Series

The highly-anticipated Star Wars series Ahsoka is set to finally arrive on Disney+ this month and fans are looking forward to seeing the titular character's long-awaited live-action solo series after years of being a fan-favorite.

As usual, the majority of the plot details remain under wraps except that it will also serve as a new season of Rebels since most characters from the animated series are set to appear as well.

We also know that Hayden Christensen is set to make an appearance in the series following his return in Obi-Wan Kenobi last year although it is unknown yet how many episodes he'll show up in and whether he will appear in his Anakin Skywalker or Darth Vader form.

Now, a recent leak has doubled down on Christensen's top-secret appearance in the series.

Anakin Skywalker is Confirmed to Be Part of Ahsoka

A listing for the Hera Syndulla t-shirt merch on Amazon has spoiled Anakin Skywalker's appearance in Ahsoka as the description revealed that he is one of the characters that is part of the series.

"Stop looking for fashion help in Alderaan places! Add a little out-of-this-world style to your wardrobe with some truly epic officially licensed Star Wars graphic tee shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies!" the description reads.

"Transport yourself to a galaxy far, far away with cool new apparel featuring Ahsoka Tano, Sabine Wren, Anakin Skywalker, Mon Mothma, and all your favorite Star Wars Ahsoka characters!"

So far, none of the trailers and promos for the series have shown scenes involving Anakin Skywalker. Lucasfilm also remains mum on the character's inclusion in their official press releases.

This is the first official confirmation that we have from the marketing campaign of the film that the character is appearing in the series and it also pretty much confirms Christensen's exact role once he shows up.

If we can make a guess on how Anakin Skywalker will show up in the series, a possibility is that he will appear in either the flashback sequences or potentially as a Force ghost who will guide Ahsoka on her journey.

It is exciting nonetheless that we can expect Anakin's upcoming appearance in the series and, unlike in Obi-Wan Kenobi, we can expect that Christensen won't be in Darth Vader's armor when he appears.
