The teaser for A Million Little Things Season 4 Episode 16 suggests there's going to be some tension.
Greta Strobe (Cameron Esposito) is still married, despite her and Katherine's (Grace Park) happiness. Her wife (Jessica Lindsey) threatens to ruin everything in the upcoming new episode. In addition, Anna Benoit (Erin Karpluk) has an encounter with her ex-husband, Peter Benoit (Andrew Leeds).
A Million Little Things Season 4 Episode 16: Will Peter return?
Gary Mendez (James Roday Rodriguez), Maggie Bloom (Allison Miller), Eddie (David Giuntoli), and Anna embark on a double date in the A Million Little Things Season 4 Episode 16 preview. Despite the fact that things are going well between the two spouses, Anna has an "awkward encounter with Peter."

However, when Peter told Christopher that he loved Layla, the grief-stricken father could not keep back his rage. Christopher savagely pummeled Peter.
Now Anna, Eddie, Gary, and Maggie run into Peter on a double date, and words are exchanged. Peter also appears to be on a date with someone new. Anna appears to be conversing with her date in the ABC press photos.
Greta's wife upends things in the trailer for A Million Little Things Season 4 Episode 16
Greta's wife also appears in the A Million Little Things Season 4 Episode 16 promo. Greta revealed to Katherine in Episode 10 that she was still married but separated and working for a divorce. Julia, her wife, has returned to the picture, and she does not appear to be pleased.
Maggie and Gary, thankfully, received good news in Episode 15. The lump removed by the doctor was not cancerous. He's in the clear, and his cancer hasn't returned. So Maggie and Gary are free to enjoy the joys of babymaking.

However, in the teaser for A Million Little Things Season 4 Episode 16, Peter looks at Gary and says he recognizes him from somewhere. Fans know that Peter is reminding Gary that he knows who assaulted him.
Will Gary give in? Will Peter threaten to bring charges? Will there be a brawl in the restaurant between the two men?
