We all know that Brad Pitt makes a surprise cameo as the vanisher in Deadpool 2, but no one expected to see Matt Damon in the film. Damon was actually in heavy make-up for his appearance, and we have a closer look of him in costume thanks to Reddit.

If you don't remember this scene, it's the one where Cable steals a truck from a bunch of rednecks. Interestingly enough, the actor opposite Damon in the scene is actually Firefly and Rogue One's Alan Tudyk.
If you ask me, Damon looks absolutely unrecognizable in his make-up. Even now I can't really tell if that's Damon in the photo. I guess we'll just have to take the filmmakers when they say it's him.
This is considered to be Damon's second comic book movie cameo. Last year, he made an appearance as an Asgardian actor playing Loki in Thor: Ragnarok. Some are thinking that he could make a comeback in the MCU, but I think that's unlikely. I'd love for him to take on a DCEU role though. He has to be paired up with Ben Affleck's Batman as well.
