The League of Legends animated series Arcane is set to release on Netflix early November, and now, the streamer and Riot Games, the developer of the MOBA game the show is based on, have released the final trailer and key art for Arcane.
The final trailer focuses on sisters and fellow League Champions Vi and Jinx as well as the utopian Piltover and the dystopian Zaun, the twin cities that become the primary setting of Arcane's story. There's a lot of epic and action-packed footages in the trailer worth watching again, and it looks like this is the kind of show that both fans of League of Legends and anime will both enjoy. The animation style also looks brilliant, and as someone who's never played Riot's popular MOBA game, I'm thrilled to learn more about the backstory of two of its key characters, and how the the conflict of the sisters developed.

The English voice cast for Arcane includes Hailee Steinfeld as Vi, Katie Leung as Caitlyn, Kevin Alejandro as Jayce, Jason Spisak as Silco, Ella Purnell as Jinx, Toks Olagundoye as Mel, JB Blanc as Vander, and Harry Lloyd as Viktor.
The official synopsis for Arcane reads:
From the creators of League of Legends comes a new animated series, Arcane. Set in the utopian region of Piltover and the oppressed underground of Zaun, the story follows the origins of two iconic League champions-and the power that will tear them apart.
Arcane Season 1 will have a total of nine episodes, and three episodes will be released every week starting November 6.
