1000-Lb. Sisters star Tammy Slaton shared a series of selfies on Instagram Saturday, May 27, to proudly show off her massive body transformation following her weight loss surgery.
The reality star is seemingly out of her oxygen tube and looks stunning in her unfiltered photos, showing her bare skin. And as expected, many lauded Slaton for this feat.

“6 beautiful photos of myself without filters,” the 36-year-old captioned her post.
The post featured her six beautiful selfies while wearing a white top with a red floral design and a dark blue denim jacket.
She also donned her usual glasses and had her curly hair down while looking straight at the camera.
Several of her followers celebrated this feat, sharing supportive comments, like her weight loss surgeon Dr. Eric Smith.
“So proud of you,” he wrote with a red heart emoji.

“Your skin looks so good! What do you use on it? Looking so healthy, Tammy,” a follower wrote, asking the secret to her beautiful skin.

Sarah Fraser also joined in and congratulated Slaton on her health journey.
“Beautiful! Congrats on your health journey, you look amazing and you’re a star,” she said.
Tammy Slaton’s Weight Loss Journey
Slaton has been sharing her incredible weight journey on the latest season of her TLC show, 1000-Lb. Sisters, with her sister Amy Slaton.
She recently checked in at a weight loss facility in Ohio after reaching her heaviest weight of 717 lbs. She needed to drop 515 lbs. to undergo weight loss surgery.
Slaton managed to lose weight, though she only went down to 534 lbs.—a few pounds away from her target.

“When I got on the scale, and I saw the scale was at 534.7, I kinda stopped breathing for a second,” she said in an episode of the show via Hollywood Life.
But despite being 14 lbs. under her goal, it was already a huge drop, and the procedure went on.
“I’m like 14 lbs. under my goal weight. From over 700, that’s a huge drop,” she continued.
Tammy Slaton Walking Without Walker or Wheelchair
Recently, Slaton was seen walking without her usual wheelchair or walker, which she used to use whenever she was out and about.
