The future is bright for Young Sheldon Season 7. After the sizable Young Sheldon Season 6 finale, a new season is about to come.

Sheldon (Iain Armitage) and his family have been through a lot in the previous season. Thankfully, fans don’t have to wait longer to see the continuation of their journey in Young Sheldon Season 7.

Young Sheldon Season 7 is Coming

The Hollywood Reporter revealed that the show’s seventh season would be part of the 2023 fall TV season and would continuously be seen on its Thursday timeslot.

The announcement comes amid the ongoing Writers Guild Strike that stops several shows and movies.

CBS might have delayed the series if it didn’t have enough written material but announcing Young Sheldon Season 7’s release window just indicated its optimism for the show to continue.

What Will Happen in Young Sheldon Season 7?

According to Screen Rant, the upcoming Young Sheldon Season 7 might be the series’ final season.

The previous season finale has perfectly set the stage for the show to end, with Sheldon’s move and George’s (Lance Barber) death.

The new season still has a lot of storylines to feature before The Big Bang Theory prequel officially bids goodbye.

Though the show is known for failing its story’s continuity, the importance of this part in the story and the characters themselves see the need to be featured.

The sixth season finale also laid the groundwork for new season storylines.

Mandy (Emily Osment) and Georgie (Montana Jordan) are now engaged, so the next installment may finally see them get married.
