Young Sheldon Season 5 Episode 9 will see the return of one important character: Brenda (Melissa Peterman). She has not been seen in a couple of episodes, which was somewhat a surprise after all the hype between her and George (Lance Barber).
But in Episode 9 titled The Yips and an Oddly Hypnotic Bohemian, George and Brenda will finally reunite.

What Is The Plot For Young Sheldon Season 5 Episode 9?
CBS just dropped the official synopsis for Young Sheldon Season 5 Episode 9. You can check it below:
“Sheldon gets the science yips and has to learn how to not think; George Sr. plays handyman at Brenda Sparks’ house,” the synopsis reads.
We are predicting that George and Brenda’s feelings for each other will be reignited when they finally reunite. It’s also possible for the two characters to try and hold back from what they’re feeling toward each other.
Is There A Trailer For Young Sheldon Season 5 Episode 9?
CBS dropped not just one but over two minutes worth of trailers from this week’s episode.
The first clip shows George trying to flirt with his wife, Mary Cooper (Zoe Perry). The latter is surprised by the way her husband is acting and asks if George’s drunk.
George says no, but Mary isn’t convinced. She asks her husband if he wants her to smell his breath. George says that it’s best if she kisses him instead.

Mary couldn’t believe what has gotten into George so she asks him what’s going on. George reminds his wife that their kids are not at home so they have the entire house to themselves.
However, Mary refuses to be intimate with George, and it’s possible that the constant rejection would one day get to the patriarch.
The teaser focuses on Missy (Reagan Revord). She is on the field trying to play baseball but soon realizes that the sport may not be for her.
Her coach, who also happens to be Meemaw’s (Annie Potts) boyfriend tells Missy that the only way to hit a strike is if she won’t overthink it.

Missy tries her luck a second time but once again misses.
Another trailer from Young Sheldon Season 5 Episode 9 shows Sheldon (Iain Armitage) taking his test in school. Everyone else already left the room, but he refuses to turn in his paper.
When his professor pressures him into submitting his test, Sheldon still refuses to pass his paper so the former tricks the latter. The professor makes Sheldon believe that he will help him solve the problem so he hands him over his test paper and his professor leaves the room.
Sheldon tells his teacher that he’s not always gullible, but the teacher couldn’t care less.
