Gal Gadot is set to be part of Disney, but instead of being a Disney princess, the "Wonder Woman" star is set to become one of its most iconic villains.

A report from Deadline reveals that Gadot is now in final negotiations to become the villain in Disney's upcoming live-action "Snow White" adaptation.

This isn't the first time Gadot has worked for Disney. The actress had joined 20th Century Films' next Agatha Christie project, "Death On The Nile," six months after the studio was acquired by Disney.

Gadot also worked with Warner Bros. before, but she has remained a free agent for most of her career. Gadot made her start in American movies through her role in Universal's "Fast And Furious" trilogy.

Sources with knowledge in the matter said Gadot has been confirmed to play the role of the "Evil Queen."

No other details were immediately available, but the role is expected to be a challenging one for the actress, particularly on how she might go about playing the "old woman apple vendor" portion of the story.

In the television series, Parrilla attempted to find some human notes in a well-known character most recognized for her deadly intents.

Disney had already released a live-action adaptation of the popular animated movie. However, the films were not true adaptations as they had completely changed the story.

The live-action version of "Snow White" is expected to be released sometime next year. If it manages to hit its tentative release date, the live-action movie will debut 85 years after the original "Snow White And The Seven Dwarves" was first released.

Gadot currently stars in a Netflix comedy thriller titled "Red Notice," which will premiere this week. Gadot stars in the film alongside a-list actors Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Ryan Reynolds.
