Inventing Anna is an American drama miniseries on Netflix. It is inspired by the true story of Anna Sorokin, which was published in the New York article How Anna Delvey Tricked New York's Party People by Jessica Pressler.
Anna Delvey (whose Russian-born name is Anna Sorokin) cons members of New York's elite into thinking she's an heiress sitting on a massive fortune, and uses her false identity to generate millions into opening an art-themed club.
The miniseries, which consists of nine episodes, started streaming on Netflix on February 11, 2022, and stars Julia Garner as Anna Sorokin, with Anna Chlumsky as Vivian. The series has been a hit but critically, things have been mixed.

If you've already seen Inventing Anna, you might be wondering when it will become available on DVD and Blu-Ray. Unfortunately, though, you aren't currently able to purchase or even pre-order it.
While DVD and Blu-Ray sales are dwindling due to streaming services, it's possible that Inventing Anna won't get a physical release. With that said, Netflix shows like Stranger Things are available on DVD and Blu-Ray.
And though the lockdown has pushed digital sales over physical sales, there's still some room in the market for physical copies. Either way, the show is widely available for your viewing, but Netflix is the only place to currently watch it.
