Just when everyone thought Titania is the main villain of the series, She-Hulk: Attorney At Law introduced a group of baddies that hates Jen and plans to eliminate her, at the same, time, take her blood sample. A member of the Intelligencia, HulkKing, who is he?
Who is HulkKing in She-Hulk: Attorney At Law?
In She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 6, the group Intelligencia was introduced and one of its members, HulkKing, asked whether their plan is in action already. At the same time, Jen meets a guy who is just too good to be true.
At the wedding, a guy named Josh approached Jen and introduced himself, seemingly making Jen fall for him the first time they meet. She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 7, The Retreat, started with the two of them on the "chase phase" where Josh asks Jen for dates and Jen wouldn't kiss him goodbye.
The episode saw Jen's fall onto Josh that after they went into three dates, she gave in and let him in. After that, she got "ghosted," and Josh never replied to her anymore. Good thing the group of Abomaste was there to uplift Jen, even if the leader of the Wrecking Crew was there.

Well, with that, everyone thought HulkKing was Josh but it turns out to be someone else. He is just around the corner, appearing in the most uncomfortable time, the most annoying and suspicious guy of all, Todd Phelps!
In the finale of She-Hulk: Attorney At Law, Nikki managed to infiltrate the Intelligencia when she uploaded an embarrassing video of Jen back in her collegiate years but since she realized that it is a "bro" only meeting, she pulled Pug into the picture.
As Pug enters the place, he saw Todd Phelps, a client of GLK&H, and Todd, himself, proudly said that he created the site Intelligencia with the perspective of She-Hulk not deserving the powers she had, that he deserves it better. Also, they seem to hate women a lot.
In the end, Jen erases the plot where Todd injects himself Jen's gamma-infused blood and got a Hulk body, and she made him accountable for his actions in defaming her, sending Todd to prison.
