In March 2021, The Devil Is a Part-Timer season 2 has been confirmed during Kadokawa’s Light Novel Expo. It has been said that the entire cast will return in the upcoming season. Unfortunately, the release date for season 2 is not yet confirmed.

Those who are waiting for the return of The Devil Is a Part-Timer can wait for White Fox Studio’s official announcement. Fans think that there is a possibility that it will be released sometime in 2023.In terms of content, season one covered the first two volumes of the light novel. The series has a total of 27 volumes, leaving a lot of content for the anime to cover.

The Devil Is a Part-Timer follows Maou, the demon, and his general demon, Ashiya. The two of them started to live a realistic and mundane life until they found out that Hero Emilia Justina followed them to Tokyo. She wanted to destroy them to finish her mission. They would threaten each other but their relationship took a turn when archangel Sariel tried to destroy Tokyo. Maou and Emilia decided to work as a team and the first season ended that way.

For season two, fans will see what happens after the two decided to work together. The comic relief situations from Maou’s life routine will probably continue, adding entertainment to the series. Will he and Ashiya go back to Ente Isla? The only way to find out is to anticipate the second season.
