Kate Middleton's Tiny Bags
The Princess of Wales has been fond of using tiny bags. Since it became a trend in 2019, the Duchess of Cornwall has joined the bandwagon.
She's known for perfectly accessorizing her outfits with her small top-handled handbags.
As no one knows what her tiny bags contain, a royal fan who goes by the name Amanda Matta and loves to speculate on all things royal on her TikTok account @matta_of_fact conducts an experiment to see what the future queen consort carries in her "teeny-tiny handbags."

She uses a much-cheaper bag that exactly looks like Kate's Nano Montreal handbag from DeMellier, which costs £295 or $395, to see what can fit inside.
With its measurement of six inches at the top and seven at its base, Matta fits a phone, a hairbrush, lipstick, a hand sanitizer, and a small wallet inside the bag.
According to Express, just like other people, Kate carried a mobile phone and was seen using an iPhone at Wimbledon in 2021. She was also spotted carrying payment methods after buying some items at EACH store in Holt, England, in October 2022.

However, Matta couldn't fit a notebook in the tiny bag, as Kate is known for bringing a notebook to royal events.
What Kate Middleton Carries in Her Small Handbags?
Royal expert and biographer Macica Moddy wrote in her 2013 book Kate: A Biography that the princess only carried four items in her small handbags at all times.
"In her small clutch, she carries a compact mirror, blotting paper, a handkerchief, and lip balm," she noted.
If she carries a tote bag, that means Kate has her personal camera with her, considering she's known as a hobbyist photographer.

She takes official portraits of her kids, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, and later release them to the public. She also studied photography while still studying at St. Andrews University.
Moddy added that Kate's everyday handbag likely has different things than the bags she uses when performing royal duties. When working, royals are known to have teams who carry their cash, travel cards, and IDs.
