Is Kobeni Contracted With a Devil?
She might not look like it, but Kobeni is in contract with a devil. Most devil hunters need to be contracted with a devil, as their own powers would be insufficient in most cases.
For instance, Himeno is in contract with the Ghost Devil. For that deal, she gave up her eye, and, in return, she can use the Ghost Devil's arm, which is invisible and much stronger than her own.
On the other hand, Kobeni doesn't have any obvious marks on her body that could give us a hint as to who her devil is.
While it has been confirmed that she is contracted with a devil, she keeps the devil's identity a secret.

What Is Kobeni's Devil? Here Are the Best Theories Explained
Since Kobeni's devil is a secret, fans have come up with a wealth of theories. In general, there are two camps when it comes to theories about Kobeni's devil.
Some fans believe it will likely be a hyped devil we've heard of but haven't seen yet.
On the opposite side, we have people who come up with their own devils that they think would be a good fit for our goofy heroine.
Many people theorize that Kobeni is contracted with one of the Four Horsemen.
For those who have not read the Chainsaw Man manga, the Four Horsemen are extremely powerful devils who remember the names of the devils Chainsaw Man has annihilated.
The Four Horsemen are the Control Devil, the Death Devil, the War Devil, and the Hunger Devil.
We'll keep manga spoilers to a minimum here, but we can just say that the Control Devil and the War Devil are already associated with other characters, which leaves the Death Devil and the Hunger Devil as possible candidates.
The Death Devil hasn't appeared in Chainsaw Man yet (as far as we know!) but some fans theorize that this could be Kobeni's devil.
Kobeni doesn't appear in too many scenes, but she's memorable mostly because of her timid, cartoonish fear -- which makes her a rather unsuitable public safety devil hunter -- and the fact that she finds herself in the worst possible situations but ends up mostly unharmed.
Some believe that a contract with the Death Devil could be what keeps Kobeni alive in chaotic and distressing situations.
The Hunger Devil is also a popular candidate. In the manga, when members of Public Safety introduce themselves, they talk about their contracted devil as well as their hobbies.
Kobeni says that her devil is a secret and that her hobby is eating delicious food. Later, she takes up another job at a diner.
Denji, himself unrelated to the Hunger Devil, more than shares this love for food, so one's passions aren't necessarily related to the devil that they are or have a contract with.
However, if Kobeni's contract turns out to be with the Hunger Devil, the above would have been a nice foreshadowing.
On the other hand, we have people who make up their own devils.
A popular and fitting option would be some kind of Misfortune/Bad Luck Devil, given Kobeni's notoriously bad luck.
A Misfortune Devil would also likely explain the lack of visible marks indicating Kobeni's contract.
Rather than giving up a body part, it could be that her curse is to experience a lot of bad luck and have a knack for being in the wrong place at the worst possible time.
At this point, the theories have also ventured into absurdity, suggesting that her devil is her car, while others think that whatever Kobeni's devil is, they'll either be weak, or unbelievably superpowered.
