Venom 2 definitely makes a noise as it nears its premiere in theaters and to hype people more on the upcoming movie, Woody Harrelson shared a wild experience he had on voicing the villain of the story, Carnage, whilst being Cletus Kasady at the same time.

Woody Harrelson is one flexible actor, he can do any genre he prefers but he was a bit hesitant at first to voice Carnage but when he did, he made sure to give it his all, and that made him glad. In a chat with ComicBook.com, Woody Harrelson shared his experience voicing the villain, "It was great. I really enjoyed it."

Harrelson also has something to say portraying both Carnage and Cletus Kasady, "It's wild because, in a way, you're playing two characters in one. So there was a lot of discussion about the voice and also discussions with Tom, but obviously with Andy [Serkis], who directed it."

In their discussions, Harrelson shared experimenting on how Carnage would sound, "I just kept messing with the voice, and I was thinking to myself, 'Who's going to know the difference if Andy Serkis did the voice, who's a master of voices? Why don't you do it, Andy?' And no, he was insistent that I do it, but I really... I like how it turned. Obviously, effects are put on the voice, but I really like how it all turned out."

Andy Serkis is known to voice various computerized characters like Gollum in the Lord of the Rings Trilogy and Caesar in Planet of the Apes franchise. With him as the director of Venom 2, it is safe to say that Harrelson definitely had the best help bringing Carnage to life considering the experience Serkis had in previous films.

Harrelson had to work hand-in-hand with both Serkis and co-star Tom Hardy to pull off every scene and make sure their voices on their characters are in sync with the timings, the frames, especially when it comes to the point when Venom and Carnage are together in one scene.

Venom: Let There Be Carnage comes with a solid runtime of 90 minutes packed with action and excitement that after years of being delayed due to the global pandemic, the movie is finally here. It is Rated PG-13, almost went for the R-Rating but didn't, which means parents are strongly advised that some of the parts of the film are not appropriate for children under 13 years old.

Witness how Woody Harrelson brought Carnage into life in Venom: Let There Be Carnage which has a new theatrical release date scheduled on October 1, 2021.
