VALORANT Pride Cards: How to Get, Codes, Meaning, and More


Riot Games is celebrating Pride month in their popular first-person shooter game with the release of VALORANT Pride Cards, and fans want to know how they can acquire these colorful cards.

Riot announced the Pride Cards in May prior to Pride Month, so if you want to find out about the release date of these Pride cards, know their meaning, or want to learn how to acquire them in VALORANT, we've written a guide for you.

Riot is releasing several Pride cards in VALORANT. In addition to the rainbow flag to represent the LGBTQI+ community, there will also individual cards that reprsent different sexualities, so there's a total of seven different Pride Cards VALORANT players can acquire.

How to get the Pride Cards in VALORANT

1. Visit redeem.playvalorant.com website

2. Log in to your Riot Games account

3. Select Redeem Code and enter the code as per player card to acquire it. There are seven different redeem codes, and you can check out the list below.

VALORANT Pride Card Codes & Meaning

For LGBTQ+ Player Card, enter "PRISMATIC"
For Transgender Player Card, enter"COTTONCANDY"
For Pansexual Player Card, enter "PRIMARY"
For Non-binary Player Card, enter "GALACTIC"
For Bisexual Player Card, enter "SUNSET"
For Asexual Player Card, enter "TWILIGHT"
For Lesbian Player Card, enter "SHERBET"

You can redeem these Pride Cards throughout the end of June 2021.

Recently, players encountered issues while trying to redeem their preferred Player Card, and Riot responded to complaints on social media. On Twitter, they said:

"We're excited to celebrate and help you rep your Pride in-game with the VALORANT Pride Celebration Drop. If you're having trouble redeeming the content now, don't worry - you'll be able to pick up Pride player cards and titles through the end of June."
