The Witcher Star Joey Batey Says 'Toss a Coin to Your Witcher' Has Been Stuck in His Head For the Longest Time

Netflix's The Witcher is memorable for a number of reasons, from the spectacular fight scenes to some impressive CGI. Henry Cavill's good looks and some naked women have also made it memorable for a number of reasons we won't get into, though most people probably remember the series for Toss a Coin to Your Witcher, a catchy as hell song sung by Jaskier, played by Joey Batey.

Speaking with Variety, Batey discussed Jaskier's character but the most important thing fans will notice is how he mentions the iconic song being stuck in his head. Apparently, he sings it to himself a whole lot and needs to listen to 30 other songs to get it out, including some Britney Spears. It's actually pretty funny seeing the song stuck in his head, which makes sense since he did sing it for the first time.

"I'll just get in the shower and I'll start going, ‘Toss a... no, no, no. Okay, just reset.' And then I have to sing about 30 different songs to get it out of my head."

Considering how the song has been covered dozens of times, all of which can be found on YouTube, it's clear that Batey isn't the only person who has this song stuck in their head. We're sure that this song will be remembered for a very long time, even when The Witcher Season 2 comes out and inevitably tries to one-up it.

Right now, fans can view The Witcher on Netflix. The second season doesn't have a release date yet.
