What is The Executioner and Her Way of Life About?
Set in a world where Executioners reign supreme over the Lost Ones, Menou, one of the executioners, is tasked with exterminating Akari, one of the "Lost Ones". The executioners are a group of highly skilled killers who slay people who will bring misfortune to the world. With that said, these people are called "Lost Ones." They came from a distant land known to Executioners as "Japan".
One day, Menou is given a mission to eliminate one of the Lost Ones. Much to her dismay, Menou tried everything in her power to execute Akari but failed. Apparently, Akari is a gifted and immortal young girl. In order for Menou to accomplish her task, she decides to go on an excursion to find a way to kill Akari. To Menou’s surprise, Akari wants to accompany her on her journey.
With a yuri theme, the anime begins to explore the relationship between Menou and Akari as they set out on their adventure together.

J.C. Staff is the animation production of The Executioner and Her Way of Life. Meanwhile, Warner Bros. Japan, Egg Firm, and SB Creatives are producing the anime.
