The Crown Season 6 will be the last and final season of the Netflix series about the royal family. But aside from seeing the much-anticipated death of Princess Diana, it may feature two more major deaths based on its timeline.

The Crown Season 6 is expected to cover 1997, when Princess Diana died from a tragic car accident to the mid-2000s. That said, the final season will also see the death of Princess Margaret and the Queen Mother.

Her Majesty died on September 8, 2022, too far from the final season’s timeline. Hence, it’s very unlikely that her demise will be featured.

The series stopped filming after her passing to honor and give its last respect.

So, though The Crown Season 6 will not cover her death, it will surely find a way to honor Queen Elizabeth’s legacy.
