Finn's (Tanner Novlan) death was the huge, shocking bombshell that The Bold and the Beautiful had been foreshadowing for weeks. The writers did an excellent job of infuriating those who were upset by the character's departure. Their rage, though, may reach new heights as a result of another plot twist.
The Bold and the Beautiful appears to be deleting Finn from history
The aftermath of Finn's death isn't sitting well with viewers of The Bold and the Beautiful. Following Finn's shooting, everyone was concerned for him and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). When Finn was declared dead, other characters conveyed their sympathies. There hasn't been a word about Finn since.
A funeral or tribute for the esteemed doctor has not been announced. Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) stated that she would "take care" of Finn, but his whereabouts are unclear. Many viewers are offended by the lack of respect paid to Finn's death.
Finn was only on the show for a little over two years, but his character had a big impact. His romance with Steffy made him a fan favorite, and the news that he is Sheila Carter's (Kimberlin Brown) son piqued viewers' curiosity even more. However, now that Finn is no longer alive, the writers appear to delete all references to him. It's as if Finn didn't exist at all.

Finn may not be Hayes Finnegan’s father
Steffy found out she was pregnant with her second child in December 2020. The happy moment, however, was marred by Steffy's lack of knowledge about the baby's paternity. Steffy was dating Finn at the time, but she had a drunken one-night stand with her ex-husband Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).
Steffy admitted her infidelity to Finn, who swore to be at her side. A DNA test proved that Liam was the baby's father; however, Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) admitted to falsifying the results. Finn reunited with Steffy after finding he was the father, and their son Hayes Finnegan (Piper Harriot) was born in July 2021.

Recent occurrences in The Bold and the Beautiful, however, will cast doubt on Hayes' paternity. Now that Finn is gone, the writers appear to be pushing for a Steffy and Liam reconciliation. Many fans feel that Hayes' paternity will be rewritten as a result of the reunion, with Liam becoming the father.
Plus, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Steffy will reignite their feud over Liam, resulting in yet another round of the dreaded triangle. Things may get messy if a new paternity test confirms Liam is Hayes' father. Liam's decision to have another child with Steffy may cause him to choose her over Hope.
