Tammy Slaton shared a new selfie to mark her return on Instagram and her fans flooded her with praises because she looked beautiful. The 1000-Lb Sisters star is visibly blooming after losing 115 pounds amid her rehab stint.

Tammy is still in rehab to continue her weight loss journey after surviving a major health scare. However, the TLC star has been active on social media from TikTok, Twitter and most recently, on Instagram.

She shared a new selfie on the social media platform and the reality star looked fresh and young. Her fans quickly showered the comment section with praises after seeing her post.

"You look so pretty," one wrote with a heart emoji.

"Beautiful Tammy! Hope there will be a season 4," another added.

In the last season of 1000-Lb Sisters, Tammy suffered a major health scare. She was hospitalized for weeks and was put on a ventilator and medically-induced coma. She woke up after four days but stayed in the hospital for weeks.

After she was released from the hospital, she checked into a rehab facility in Ohio to continue her weight loss journey.

What To Expect From Tammy Slaton In 1000-Lb Sisters Season 4

TLC has not given the 1000-Lb Sisters Season 4 the green light. The finale of Season 3 aired in January. However, there is still no news on whether the network will renew or cancel the series.

However, chances are high that the Slaton family will return. In the last season, Tammy checked into a rehab facility and lost 115 pounds in just 30 days, according to her brother Chris. Tammy is still in the facility and hopes to qualify for bariatric surgery when she gets back.

The 35-year-old reality star announced earlier that she is serious with her weight loss journey this time. She even paid for the pricey rehab fee. According to her sister, Amy Slaton, Tammy lost her home because she couldn't afford the rent. Her fans are looking forward to witnessing Tammy's transformation.

Meanwhile, Amy said she wasn't sure if she would do another season. Amy is pregnant with her second child and her son, Gage, doesn't want her to be away. She admitted that like other moms, she feels guilty whenever she leaves her son to film for the show.
