Angelina Jolie Banned Shiloh Jolie-Pitt From Wearing A Suit And Tie At The Eternals Premiere
Life & Style, in its Nov. 22 issue, claimed that if it were only up to Shiloh, she would’ve still worn a suit and tie to The Eternals premiere in Los Angeles, Rome, and London. However, Jolie allegedly forced her to wear dresses to the formal event.
An unnamed source claimed that there was tension between Shiloh and Jolie during The Eternals premiere in Los Angeles, and this might have something to do with the teenager’s attire.
“Suddenly, there seemed to be a lot of tension between Angie and Shiloh, almost as if they were having a fight in public. Moments later, they were smiling again for the cameras as if nothing had happened,” an unnamed source said.

Shiloh reportedly made a splash on the red carpet, but for all the wrong reasons.
“Gone is the tomboy she was for years and it’s all Angie’s doing. She forced Shiloh to wear a dress to each premiere. Shiloh has become a pawn in Angie’s never-ending custody battle with Brad, and some believe it’s destroying the teen because she’s caught in the middle. She’s trapped in Angie’s prison,” the unnamed source claimed.

Brad Pitt Supportive Of His Daughter’s Choices
According to the unnamed source, Brad Pitt had no issue with how Shiloh wanted to dress. In fact, the doting dad has been nothing but supportive of his teenage daughter. However, the same cannot be said about Jolie.
“Brad let Shiloh be herself, but her mom has forced her to take dance lessons and wear dresses. It seems Angie wants her to testify against her father. It’s an awful position to be put in, but Angie is on the warpath when it comes to Brad,” the unnamed source said.
Shiloh Jolie-Pitt Stopped Calling Brad Pitt Because Her Mom Listens To Their Conversations
Shiloh has, allegedly, always wanted to reach out to her dad. But her mom is preventing her from doing so. And since Jolie, allegedly, listens in on Shiloh and Pitt's phone conversations, the 15-year-old ultimately decided not to call her dad as often as she used to.
“Angie is trying to control everything right down to how Shiloh dresses. Angie is so blinded by her hatred of Brad that the kids, especially Shiloh, are suffering. The good news is, Shiloh is a strong girl and will ultimately do what she wants, and Brad won’t give up on his fight to be back in his kids’ lives. Angie may think she’s won but she hasn’t,” the unnamed source concluded.
Angelina Jolie Has So Much Love For Her Kids
Jolie recently opened up about her six children and called them great.
“They’re pretty great people, and because there’s so many of them, I think they’ve had a very significant effect on each other. It’s not like I’m the head of anything. I’m very honest with my kids. And I’m very human with my kids,” Jolie told People.
The Mr. & Mrs. Smith actress also admitted that she’s excited about her children’s future.
“I have six very individual human beings in my home. I am so excited about all the different stages and feelings and curiosities that they go through. Why wouldn't you be? We’re supposed to help them figure out who they are. And you can’t figure out who they are if you don’t enthusiastically develop with them,” she said.
Jolie’s recent comments about her children prove that there’s no tension between them. It’s also unlikely for the actress to have forced Shiloh to wear a dress to The Eternals premiere.
Angelina Jolie Revealed That Shiloh Jolie-Pitt Wanted To Be A Boy
During a previous interview, Jolie revealed that Shiloh liked to dress up like a boy when she was much younger. At the time, the actress proved how supportive she was of her daughter’s choices. And now that Shiloh is much older, it’s unlikely for the actress to have had a change of heart.
“She likes to dress like a boy and wants her hair cut like a boy and she wanted to be called ‘John’ for a while. Some kids wear capes and want to be Superman and she wants to be like her brothers. It’s who she is. It’s been a surprise to us and it’s really interesting, but she’s so much more than that – she’s funny and sweet and pretty. But she does love a tie,” Jolie explained.
There isn’t also a single proof that there was some tension between Shiloh and Jolie at The Eternals premiere. In fact, videos and photos from their recent outing showed how much fun their family had at the event.
