Much like the Marvel Cinematic Universe Disney+ shows that came before it, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law has been dropping several references and easter eggs that only eagle-eyed fans of the franchise were able to notice. Episode 3 is no different as it introduced the sibling of a beloved Avenger and chances are, you probably missed it.

It's understandable though since all fans are seemingly talking about is the internet-breaking twerk showcase between Jen Walters aka She-Hulk and American rapper Megan Thee Stallion who guest starred as herself. However, in a blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment, the show marked the debut of Gideon Wilson and it's obvious by his surname that he's related to the new Captain America Sam Wilson.

Wilson was only featured briefly in the episode as a "former prosecutor" who helped imprison Emil Blonsky aka the Abomination when he ran amok in Harlem in The Incredible Hulk. In The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, MCU fans were introduced to Sam's sister Sarah but oddly enough, no mention of Gideon was ever made.

Avid readers of the comics pretty much have an idea of who Gideon is although his comic book persona differs heavily from his MCU counterpart. It'll be interesting to see if the character, played by Jason Turner will have an extended role in the franchise moving forward but his status as an ex-law enforcer aligns quite well with his brother's role as the Star-Spangled Man, especially with The Falcon and the Winter Soldier being a more grounded series.

Meanwhile, Sam Wilson is set to headline his first big screen project in Captain America 4 which is currently in development.

Episode 3 of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law is now streaming on Disney+.
