How Does Queen Camilla Take Care Of Her Skin?

Aside from using beauty treatments, the skin expert believed that the queen consort maintains a varied and balanced diet. She probably includes anti-ageing foods in her meal plan, including "antioxidant-rich fruit and vegetables" to prevent wrinkles.

She noted that among the foods containing antioxidants are nuts, seeds, berries, and leafy green vegetables. Foods rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, like salmon, sardines, herring and mackerel, also prevent signs and ageing, according to the expert.

No one wants to waste time and energy on applying things that you don't see instant results with."

Mitchell said Prince William's stepmother is a fan of the Silk Skin Bee Bee Cream from her Heaven skincare range. It is formulated to adapt to the user's skin tone and gives one a very slight glowy hue and bronzed tint to the skin. She added that it is great for mature skin because it includes hyaluronic acid.
