Prince Harry Shock: Meghan Markle's Husband Wants Revenge in Spare; Memoir a 'Bad Idea', Royal Expert Claims

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have made several attacks against the royal family in the past months. A royal expert weighed in on the Duke of Sussex's memoir Spare.

Prince Harry Is Out For Revenge?

Earlier this month, Prince Harry dropped his anticipated book Spare. Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams talked about the memoir on RNZ's podcast Nights with Karyn Hay, where he shared his thoughts about the publication.

According to him, Prince Harry "seems to want revenge," Express reported. He also found the idea of releasing the 416-page book a "bad idea."

"So you wonder, launching a memoir was always, I thought, a bad idea," he said. "Even the Duke of Windsor, 15 years after the abdication, he published the King's Story, but this was a completely different era and the book, although it caused some controversy, was nothing like this... these are direct, fierce, vengeful attacks on the Royal Family."

"He seems to want revenge. Also, the word 'spare', overshadowed by his brother, the heir and the spare, was always bitter, but I don't think anyone thought the book could be quite as vengeful and angry as it is."

What Did Prince Harry Share In His Book Spare About King Charles, Prince William?

Meghan Marke's husband shared several intimate encounters with the royal family in his book. He also seemingly attacked King Charles, Prince William and Kate Middleton with the things he shared about them.

Prince Harry claimed that King Charles may have leaked the drama between Middleton and Markle to the press. He also alleged that His Majesty didn't want to support his wife financially but was actually scared of the former actress overshadowing him.

Prince Harry claimed that Prince William physically attacked him during an argument over Markle. He also accused Prince William of being insensitive for laughing at him after he nearly fainted while giving a public speech.

The Duke of Sussex, who once said Middleton was the sister she never had, said the Princess of Wales grimaced when Markle borrowed her lip gloss. He also claimed that Middleton admitted to making the Duchess of Sussex cry but won't come clean about it.
