Prince Harry and Meghan Markle just shared never-before-heard details about their first meeting and their relationship in their Netflix docuseries Harry & Meghan. Before the first three episodes dropped on Thursday, royal fans only knew that the couple was introduced to each other by their common friend.
Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Detailed Their Relationship In Harry & Meghan
But in Harry & Meghan, Prince Harry revealed that he first saw Meghan Markle on Instagram. The Duke of Sussex saw Markle with a dog face and ears covering her face. And he immediately wanted to get to know her.
The couple started their exchanges on the platform before finally meeting in one of the restaurants in London days later. According to Markle, Prince Harry was 30 minutes later for their date, and she initially thought that he was cocky and didn’t respect her time.
But when he arrived at the restaurant, Markle saw Prince Harry rushing and sweating, and she immediately understood that he must be a busy man.

Prince Harry Seemed Fidgety, Shy, Nervous While Talking About His Relationship With Meghan Markle?
Following the release of Harry & Meghan, body language expert Darren Stanton discussed the differences in gestures that he noticed between Prince Harry and Markle while they were talking about their relationship.
According to Stanton, Prince Harry seemed shy and nervous while recounting his first conversation and meeting with his wife. Markle, on the other hand, seemed confident and comfortable with detailing her love story.
“Whilst speaking about their first date, Prince Harry started to go a little bit red, which is congruent with embarrassment. He then started to touch his face and nose — signals which are referred to as pacifying gestures. When we think about a memory the unconscious mind believes we are reliving it, so, therefore, evokes all of the emotions that the person felt in that memory. Even though Meghan and Harry are in the present day speaking about their first date, the unconscious mind of Harry is triggering all of those past feelings and that is why we saw him go red and become fidgety,” he told the New York Post.
Meghan Markle More Composed, Comfortable Than Prince Harry In Harry & Meghan?
Stanton said that Markle must have been more composed and comfortable in front of the camera because she has been acting and appearing in commercials for years.
“In terms of body language in this particular clip, Harry comes across as jittery and quite nervous, however, Meghan is completely calm and controlled. Let’s not forget that she is very used to doing pieces on camera throughout her acting career. She knows how to perform at her best. In this particular clip, she is definitely the most confident person due to the fact that her body language conveys composure,” Stanton said.
The body language expert also said that it’s evident that Prince Harry and Markle have a sense of humor and banter, which is evident throughout all three episodes of Harry & Meghan.
“It’s clear that they have a great sense of humor around each other and both of them are willing to demonstrate that in front of the cameras. Meghan was quite playful when Harry was speaking about him seeing her with a dog filter on social media as the pair laughed,” he said.
Stanton added that there were no signs that Prince Harry was faking his emotions about Markle in the docuseries.
“When Harry was speaking about Meghan, I did not see any signs of deceptive behavior or that he was faking his emotions for the cameras. His body language and behavior seem to be totally congruent with what he is thinking. From his non-verbal communication, it’s apparent that he truly believes Meghan is similar to Diana,” he said.
