Prince Harry, Meghan Markle And Prince William, Kate Middleton's Rumored Feud

Initially, there were rumors that Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton had issues that affected their husband's relationship. However, some royal experts claimed that the two duchesses have no problems with each other and it was their husbands, who allegedly had a falling out.

"The fundamental conflict was between the two males who had known each other all their lives and had never hesitated to tell each other exactly what they thought and felt," Robert Lacey wrote in his book Battle of Brothers: William, Harry and the Inside Story of a Family in Tumult. "William worried that his brother was moving too fast in his courtship — and he did not shrink from saying as much when Harry started talking about getting hitched to Meghan quite soon."

While Prince William's intention was good, his younger brother reportedly questioned his intention. Prince Harry has been supportive of Kate Middleton for his older brother and would have loved his older brother to do the same to Markle. They allegedly had a confrontation and it didn't end well.

"The response from Harry was a brusque and offended pushback," Lacey added.

The clash was allegedly due to their different priorities.

"For William it was the future state of his monarchy — his sacred trust; while for Harry it was the love of the complex and captivating woman who had finally made sense of his life," the royal biographer added.
