Prince Harry received a warning from Meghan Markle's estranged half-brother Thomas Markle Jr. who said he might suffer the same fate as her first husband, Trevor Engelson. According to Markle Jr., the Duchess of Sussex was allegedly "cold to her ex-husband."
Prince Harry Is Next On Meghan Markle's Chopping Board Thomas Jr. Claims
Thomas Markle Jr. is not on speaking terms with his younger sister, Meghan Markle, for years. However, he spoke about her with his housemates on Australia's Celebrity Big Brother.
Markle Jr. said he had "no idea" how Markle ended up with Prince Harry. But he knew how she treated her first husband and warned the royal prince he might suffer the same heartbreak.

"Trevor [Meghan’s previous husband] took care of her, she was adored by him, and she walked all over him and dumped him. That fast," Markle Jr. shared via Mirror. "After being married, she sent the ring back in the mail. Is that cold or what? But, you know, Harry's next."
He continued, "Harry's on the chopping board next. The only difference between now and then is in all the photos prior to that, he had a smile on his. All the ones after, he doesn't."
Meghan Markle's BFF Shares How She Dumped Trevor Before Prince Harry
Designer Ninaki Priddy was Meghan Markle's childhood BFF. They had known each other since they were 2 years old and visited Europe together when they were 15. They were even photographed posing outside Buckingham Palace.
According to Priddy, the former Suits star was very much in love with the producer. She "literally shone with happiness" when she exchanged "I do's" with Trevor Engelson.
Priddy knew because she served as Markle's maid of honor. According to her, they had a beach wedding in Jamaica and it was very moving that she cried. The bride and groom wrote their own vows and were very much in loved with each other.

"Trevor was so supportive. He travelled back and forth from LA and there was a lot of Skyping and FaceTiming going on," Priddy told The Sun on how the couple made their relationship work. At the time, Markle was based in Toronto where she filmed Suits.
"It was an exciting time. This was the man she wanted to have children with. Meg used to tell me she couldn’t imagine a life without Trevor. She said if anything were to happen to him she wouldn’t be able to go on," she continued. "He cherished her too. You should have seen the way he used to hold her face in his hands. We all felt he was her eternal love. It was such as shock when she told me they were getting divorced."
According to royal biographer Andrew Morton, Markle ended her marriage with Engelson by sending him her diamond wedding and engagement ring via registered mail, Express reported. He added that Markle's newfound fame in Suits shifted her focus from him.

As for how Markle treats people after she allegedly dumps them, her former BFF said she was very calculated and could be very cold.
"All I can say now is that I think Meghan was calculated, very calculated, in the way she handled people and relationships," she added. "She is very strategic in the way she cultivates circles of friends. Once she decides you’re not part of her life, she can be very cold. It’s this shutdown mechanism she has."
Some predicted that Markle and Prince Harry's marriage would only last between 3 to 5 years. The royal couple has already celebrated their third wedding anniversary.
