Prince Charles and Queen Elizabeth II just reunited with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. However, the meeting with the Sussexes was allegedly not as friendly as previously reported.
Prince Charles Had A 'Reluctant' Meeting With Prince Harry And Meghan Markle
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex made an unannounced visit to the Queen last week. However, aside from meeting the 95-year-old monarch, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle also had the chance to reunite with the Prince of Wales and his wife, Duchess Camilla.
The Sussex's reunion with Prince Charles and Camilla only took 15 minutes. It was reportedly scheduled at 10 a.m., before they met Queen Elizabeth II between 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the same day. They had a longer reunion with the British monarch than the heir apparent.
"Charles maintains Harry is still a much-loved son," a source told The Sun.
However, the tipster said it was a "reluctant" meeting and the royal couple based in Los Angeles "were not exactly welcomed with open arms."
"No one else was allowed in the room," the source added.
Prince Harry arrived Wednesday and met the Prince of Wales and the Queen the following morning. Prince Charles was reportedly busy before Prince Harry's unannounced visit because he was getting ready for the Maundy Thursday service.
The Prine Of Wales attended the event on behalf of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, for the first time, because the monarch, who reportedly has mobility issues, decided to skip it. Queen Elizabeth II usually attends the annual Easter tradition.

The outlet noted that there were fears that Netflix would pressure Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to film the Queen's upcoming celebration even if the couple allegedly already promised to "uphold the values of Her Majesty" in their new roles. The royal family had reportedly already agreed to make the event focus on the monarch alone.
"Charles wants the Platinum Jubilee to focus only on the Queen," the source said. "Many are disappointed that Andrew overshadowed Prince Philip's thanksgiving service and don't want the Meghan and Harry circus to hijack the Jubilee."
Many want to see Prince Harry and Markle's family, but there are concerns that might steal the limelight from the show if they would make the visit to the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebration.

"This is the Queen’s show and should be about her and her 70 years of service rather than Meghan’s fashion, the kids and Harry," the insider added. "They don’t want it to become the Harry and Meghan show. Charles and all the family are agreed on that."
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have not confirmed their attendance at the Queen's four-day celebration, which includes Trooping the Colour, Thanksgiving service and races at the Epsom Derby and a special concert at the Buckingham Palace. The four-day bank holiday weekend starts on June 2 to June 5, Country Living reported.
