Prince Andrew is embroiled in a major controversy, and there are reports suggesting that he could go to trial anytime soon.

Two weeks ago, the Duke of York’s HRH and military titles were already stripped off, which means that he will be fighting the lawsuit as a private citizen and not as a royal.

New Idea, in its Jan. 31 issue, claimed that Prince Andrew is dealing with more problems other than the lawsuit. There are rumors that Prince Charles and Prince William want to kick him out of the Royal Lodge where he currently resides with his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson.

An unnamed source said that the two future kings do not want to inherit Prince Andrew’s problems when they ascend the throne. So, they think that it would be best if things were finalized while Queen Elizabeth is still the monarch.

“He intends to not only strip Andrew of his Dukedom and military titles, but also kick him out of The Lodge on Windsor property – even if it means paying him a lump sum to ensure he never darkens royal doors again. The queen worries that this is going too far, but it’s two against one,” the unnamed source said.

However, Prince Charles and Prince William couldn’t allegedly care less what the queen thinks. They are allegedly united in wanting to kick Prince Andrew out of his home. And they are also planning to release a statement that the House of Windsor won’t tolerate the Duke of York’s questionable deeds.

Prince Andrew Should Offer Virginia Roberts Giuffre A Settlement

Meanwhile, the unnamed source said that Prince Andrew only has one way out of the scandal that he’s involved in. He could offer Virginia Roberts Giuffre a hefty settlement so that her lawyers would throw the lawsuit.

However, royal insiders are convinced that Giuffre won’t agree to a settlement because it won’t look good on her.

“Virginia has been carrying this trauma around her since she was a teenager. She is determined to have her day in court. She has iron-clad willpower and a cool head on her shoulders. Virginia doesn’t want to settle. She’s ready to face Andrew and feels she owes this to Epstein’s victims,” the unnamed source said.

Prince Andrew Could Get His Titles Back If He Wins The Lawsuit

Earlier this month, rumors that Prince Andrew could be kicked out of the Royal Lodge already surfaced. However, this hasn’t happened yet.

In fact, some sources are saying that Prince Andrew could return to his royal life – complete with his titles – if he wins the legal case.

“I think if the Queen is still alive and his name is cleared I would say that at that point what reason would there be for him to be barred from taking part in royal duties?' they told the publication. If he's cleared then the question to ask is why should he not be in a position to take part in royal duties and be HRH again and have his military titles? After all, he has served in the military,” an unnamed friend of Prince Andrew told Daily Mail.

Virginia Roberts Giuffre Won’t Accept A Settlement From Prince Andrew

And when it comes to Roberts potentially accepting a settlement from Prince Andrew, the victim’s lawyer, David Boies had this to say.

“I think it's very important to Virginia Giuffre that this matter be resolved in a way that vindicates her and vindicates the other victims. I don't think she has a firm view at this point, or could she, as to exactly what a solution should be. But I think what's going to be important is that this resolution vindicates her and vindicates the claim she has made. A purely financial settlement is not anything that I think she's interested in,” Boies told BBC.

As of press writing, Prince Andrew continues to stand firm by his statement that he didn’t sexually abuse Roberts when she was just 17 years old or any other time for that matter.
