Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa has confirmed the coming of Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin Season 2, and the show may have a new title. The showrunner gives a major update about the new season, leaving fans guessing.

It has been only two months since the first season ended, but fans are already looking forward to seeing Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin Season 2. With Aguirre-Sacasa’s new tease, what does it mean for the second season?

Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa Hints at New Season Title

In a post on Instagram, the famed screenwriter hinted that the show’s second season would change its title.

“Always a treat when some little liars stop by the writers’ offices to say HELLOOO, spill the tea, and tell us juicy secrets!” he captioned his photo with the show’s cast and crew. “Season Two of #prettylittleliarsoriginalsin is HAPPENING!!! But is it #pllORIGINALSIN again this year…or something else?”

But aside from fans, Bailee Madison, who plays the role of Imogen Adam, cannot help but be intrigued by his post.

Why Having a New Title is Only Fitting?

Removing the Original Sin from the second season’s title is only fitting. The sin in question has already been explored in the first season, so the follow-up may have a different theme.

The season premiere has tied all the loose ends, save for Archie, who’s still somewhere out there.
