Outlander Season 6 Episode 1 finally arrives this weekend after fans being in Droughtlander or so long. The first episode, titled Echoes, will kick off a new chapter in the lives of the Fraser family, and it's going to be riddled with trauma, danger, and issues from the past.
Outlander Season 6 Episode 1: What is Echoes All About?
We believe that the episode's title isn't always a reference to a single individual in this case. The following synopsis gives you an excellent idea of what we're talking about:
The echo is plainly from Tom Christie, this old foe who shows up in North Carolina with his family. This will send Sam Heughan's character back to a tough time in his life, and we anticipate a slew of confrontations.
The Christies' lives will take unexpected turns during the season. Despite the fact that Season 6 is only eight episodes long, there will be a lot packed in here.
Outlander Season 6 Will Touch Claire’s Trauma
Claire's trauma, meanwhile, is very much present in this season. We saw it towards the conclusion of Season 5 with some of those devastating scenes, and it's not going away. We believe she has a strong support system, especially because Jamie and Brianna have both been victims of horrendous assaults. Nonetheless, this will take time, and the emotional wounds will still be present.
Outlander is a show that occasionally gives you hope, but it usually comes after a lot of heartbreak. Caitriona Balfe's character has been through a lot of sorrow, so we can't expect hope to be on the horizon straight away.
