Nebula and Quill have a Pout-Off in Avengers Endgame BTS

Peter Quill and Nebula are two characters from Guardians of the Galaxy that never really have any significant moments together, but Karen Gillan has just shared this photo of her and Chris Pratt fooling around on the set of Avengers: Endgame.

Admittedly it's more of Pratt doing the pouting and Gillan not even being ready for the shot, but it's fun to see the two hanging out—especially since their two characters don't really have memorable exchanges with each other.

For now, Nebula has become a full-fledged member of the Guardians, and with the five year-gap after the snap, she's been a Guardian longer than Quill. If you look at the timeline, the Guardians were formed in 2014 with the snap taking place in 2017; that means Nebula has been watching over the Galaxy longer than Drax, Quill, and Mantis.

Leaks for Guardians of the GalaxyVol. 3 tease that Nebula and Quill will form a more special bond, seeing that the two have Gamora in common. While I'm all up for a Gamora resurrection, a special bond between Quill and Nebula forming over their shared loss could also be something I'd love to watch.

No release date has been set for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, but you can catch the two characters in Avengers: Endgame which is still out in theaters.
