Mortal Kombat 11: Terminator Confirmed for the Game?

Mortal Kombat 11 is already out, but NetherRealm still has some more DLC characters coming to the game. A leak from earlier had said that Arnold Schwarzenegger's Terminator/T-800 is going to be a DLC fighter, and it looks like game director Ed Boon has confirmed it with his new Twitter post:

Check it out:

Just in case you weren't familiar with this scene, it's something straight out of Total Recall, not Terminator, but it still pretty much confirms the involvement of Schwarzenegger. We don't really know if Arnie is going to reprise the role at all, even for just a voice, but I think it's clear they're going to use his likeness for the game.

Besides the Terminator, the leak had also revealed the inclusion of several other characters like Nightwold, Sindel, and Spawn—all of which have been officially confirmed. We may not also have a look at the character, but Bruce Campbell himself may have confirmed that Ash from Evil Dead is going to be part of the game as well.

For now, all we can really do is wait. Shang Tsung is the first DLC character coming to the game, and he just got available today. Hopefully, soon we can get a look at all the other characters that will be coming to Mortal Kombat 11. No doubt the list doesn't stop with just the Terminator.

Mortal Kombat 11 is now available for Xbox One, PC, PS4, and the Nintendo Switch.
