Mortal Kombat 11: Mark Hamill On Whether He Will Voice The Joker

It's official: The Joker is joining Mortal Kombat 11 in the Kombat Pack. But who is going to provide the voice of the Clown Prince of Crime? Mark Hamill has just spoken up on whether we will be hearing his iconic voice again in the DLC Pack.

A fan had reached out to Hamill on Twitter, asking if he will voice the Joker in the game. Take a look at Hamill's response below.

"They haven't asked me to, but there are a lot of great Jokers for them to choose from," Hamill wrote.

Sure, it's disappointing to know that the MK11 Joker will not be given Hamill's trademark cackle. However, it's important to point out that the Joker will not be available until January so there's a chance Hamill might be asked to record something by then.

The DLC pack also includes Shang Tsung, Nightwolf, Terminator T-800 (yes, Arnold Schwarzenegger), Sindel, and Spawn. The first two are currently available while the Terminator will be released on October 8. This will be followed by Sindel on November 26 and the Joker on January 28 then finally Spawn on March 17.

While we're still unsure whether Hamill will provide the voice of MK11 Joker, there's a possibility that he could play the character's live-action version on TV. It was previously reported that Hamill's Batman: The Animated Series co-star Kevin Conroy wants the Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker actor to join him in the Arrowverse crossover event Crisis on Infinite Earths. Conroy, who will portray Bruce Wayne, is eager to reunite with Hamill, who could potentially play the Clown Prince of Crime.
